Production Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our fiberglass manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure production targets are met while maintaining our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations for GRP/FRP products
• Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 production technicians
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
• Coordinate with Quality Control for product inspections
• Optimize production schedules and workflow efficiency
• Maintain equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Enforce health and safety regulations
• Report production metrics to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in composite/fiberglass manufacturing
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of GRP/FRP production processes
• Strong understanding of quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
