GRP Fabrication Technician

About the Role
We are hiring skilled GRP Fabrication Technicians to join our production team. You will be involved in the hands-on manufacturing of high-quality fiberglass products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand lay-up and spray-up lamination processes
- Prepare molds and apply gel coats
- Mix resins and apply fiber reinforcements
- Operate fabrication equipment and tools
- Conduct quality checks during production
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and work orders
- Report any defects or issues to supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in GRP/FRP fabrication
- Knowledge of hand lay-up and lamination techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Physical fitness for manual work
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts if required
- Team player with good work ethic
