Refurbishment and restoration of cooling tower fan blades across all four Central Utility Plants (CUP 1, CUP 2, CUP 3, and CUP 4) at Hamad International Airport. The scope included detailed inspection, condition assessment, composite repairs, structural reinforcement, surface restoration, balancing, protective coating application, and performance enhancement of critical cooling tower components.

Fabrication and site installation of a 600 mm diameter GRP flange manufactured in accordance with BS EN standards, including the fabrication, supply, and installation of GRP pipe elbows and associated piping components. The scope involved precision composite fabrication, field fit-up, butt joint lamination, alignment, installation, and testing.

Custom design, fabrication, and supply of GRP Roof Kerb Panels for the refurbishment of LDPE 1 and LDPE 2 warehouse facilities. The project involved manufacturing corrosion-resistant and weatherproof GRP roofing components engineered to withstand harsh petrochemical operating environments.

Execution of repair and rehabilitation works for a 6-inch underground GRP fire water pipeline. The project included inspection, condition assessment, excavation support, composite repair, structural restoration, leak rectification, pipeline rehabilitation, and reinstatement works.

Design, manufacture, and supply of IP-rated, weatherproof GRP safety cabinets for offshore wellhead platform installations including EEBA Cabinets, PPE Cabinets, Electrical Safety Kit Cabinets, and Fire Extinguisher Cabinets engineered for harsh offshore environments.

Design, manufacture, and supply of GRP Instrument Sunshades (Canopies) complete with custom mounting accessories. The scope included fabrication of weatherproof and corrosion-resistant GRP canopies to protect field instrumentation from direct sunlight, rain, dust, and harsh environmental conditions.

Execution of in-situ GRP lining works for existing GI gutters and associated infrastructure at the MEEZA MV4 Data Center Building. The scope included surface preparation, composite lamination, corrosion protection treatment, waterproof lining application, and finishing works.

Design, manufacture, and supply of custom-built GRP Enclosures for industrial automation panels. The scope included fabrication of IP-rated, weatherproof, and corrosion-resistant GRP enclosures designed to provide reliable protection for automation, control, instrumentation, and electrical systems.

Design, manufacture, and supply of GRP Instrument Sunshades (Canopies) for the NFPS Compression Offshore Wellhead Platform. Weatherproof and corrosion-resistant GRP canopies designed to protect field instrumentation from direct sunlight, rain, salt spray, and harsh offshore environmental conditions.

Execution of in-situ GRP pipe wrapping, and composite rehabilitation works at the Doha West Sewage Treatment Plant. The scope included surface preparation, structural assessment, fiberglass lamination, composite reinforcement, corrosion protection, and restoration of existing pipelines.

Design, manufacture, and supply of heavy-duty GRP Manhole Covers for the Old Doha Port Redevelopment Project. Corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and high-strength composite manhole covers engineered for safe and reliable access to underground utility networks.

Execution of GRP tank nozzle repair and composite rehabilitation works. The scope included inspection, damage assessment, removal of deteriorated sections, fiberglass lamination, nozzle restoration, structural reinforcement, and corrosion protection treatment.

Execution of in-situ GRP lamination works beneath structural footings at the QNB Data Centre. The scope included surface preparation, fiberglass lamination, waterproofing treatment, composite reinforcement, and protective lining installation.

Design, manufacture and supply of GRP 5-Man Breathing Air Manifold Box as part of the Breathing Air Cascade System project. Weatherproof, corrosion-resistant GRP enclosure designed to house breathing air distribution equipment for emergency breathing air systems.

Design, manufacture, and supply of GRP Fire Hose Cabinets for fire protection systems. Weatherproof, corrosion-resistant, and heavy-duty GRP cabinets designed to securely house fire hose reels, fire hoses, nozzles, and associated firefighting equipment.

Execution of repair and rehabilitation works for a CIP Tank Nozzle. The scope included design, fabrication, and installation of a PTFE Sleeve with Flange, nozzle restoration, corrosion protection treatment, sealing enhancement, and associated composite repair works.

Design, manufacture, and supply of GRP Instrument Sunshades (Canopies) for the Barzan Sales Gas Diversion project. Weatherproof, UV-resistant, and corrosion-resistant GRP canopies designed to protect field instrumentation from harsh industrial environmental conditions.

Execution of GRP kiosk roof replacement works at the Umm Al Houl Naval Base Project. The scope included assessment and removal of the existing roof system, fabrication and installation of new corrosion-resistant GRP roofing components, structural integration, and weatherproof sealing.

Design, manufacture, and supply of GRP Instrument Shades for the NZLD Project. Weatherproof, UV-resistant, and corrosion-resistant GRP instrument protection canopies designed to safeguard field instrumentation from direct sunlight, rain, dust, and aggressive petrochemical operating environments.
